The first 4 means, how many pixels for each row (of total 2 rows)
The second 4 means, how many chroma sampling will be done for the first row
Last 4 means, how many chroma sampling will be done for the second row
With 4:2:2, the first 4 means 4x2 grid, the second 4 means, 2 samplings for the first row, last 4 means 2 samplings for the second row
With 4:2:0, the first 4 means 4x2 grid, the second 2 means, 2 samplings for the first row, last 0 means, no sampling for the second row
